Policies and Protocol

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment to the Spa to allow time to relax and fill out our intake form. This information helps us to better address your needs and is required by the State of Texas for most treatments.

If you would like to have some time to relax in the tranquil environment prior to your treatment, please arrive early as our staff strives to be ready for you at your appointed time. You are welcome to change (in a private room) into a Spa robe and slippers while you wait if you choose. Please let the front desk know when you arrive if this is your.

Appointment Policies

Our staff and facilities are reserved for you at the time of appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to complete required forms. Our hour appointments are a full 60 minute. Our half-hour appointments are a full 30 minutes. In the event you are unavoidably late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide the services reserved in their entirety. Some services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent scheduled appointments.

24 hour notice (48 hour during holiday weekends) of cancellation allows us to effectively allocate resources to best service our clients. A credit card guarantee is requested to book any Friday or Saturday appointments, hotel guest appointments, any package or group massages of 2 hours or more. Cancellation with less than the above notice period will result in the credit card being charged 1/2 of the appointment price. "No Shows" will result in the credit card being charged the full value of the appointment.

Cancellation with less than the above notice period for an appointment made with a gift certificate will result in disbursement of ½ the gift certificate value to cover the appointment. "No Shows" for an appointment made with a gift certificate will result in disbursement of the full value of the gift certificate to cover the appointment.

Cancellation of prepaid appointments that fall within the required notification period will result in a $5 handling fee.

Payment

Payment for services may be made cash, check or credit card. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned check.

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates are valid for one year, non-refundable, but transferable. We maintain records of the gift certificates in the event they are misplaced so that they may remain useable while still valid.

Children/Minors

We offer massage, facials, nail services and alternate therapies to children/minors, but require an adult present for children and a parent's authorization for minors.

Cell Phones

Please turn cell phones off or place on vibrate while in the spa. If you must make a call, please remember that others are getting massages, facials, nail and spa treatments and would appreciate your quiet voice.
